What would you accept for advertising space on your pedicab?
How about tobacco?
How about a strip club?
What about a candidate/political party/etc..?
What if its a fast food (unhealthy) joint?
Beer?
Drugs?
Just curious what IO's would do.... And if you run a fleet, will all your IO's carry that ad and promote it ?

What type of advertising I'd accept would largely depend on who the target market is.
I think it would be tough to sell pedal cab advertising to a tobacco company. Yes, they do produce campaigns about quitting smoking, which might be okay. Same for fast food... I wouldn't be opposed to advertising their "healthy" menu.
Since we get a lot of kids and families in our cabs, a strip club would be questionable, unless it was for some sort of special event or limited promotion. We've had requests from local strip clubs, but haven't been able to fulfill them so far. However, there is a sex toys expo in Denver each year, which could work for that limited time and market.
Political candidates... only if they're earth-friendly and want to promote alternative transportation.
Beer and alcohol... no problem. We've done that already. Drink responsibly campaigns are great for pedal cabs.
Drugs... well, I hate all those drug ads on TV and in magazines. But they have the money. Guess it would depend on what the drug and campaign was. Viagra anyone?
