Q: Will Lance Armstrong be ready to race?

I'm sure you've heard about Lance Armstrong's crash and subsequent broken collar bone. Just in case you haven't, here's a story...

Lance Armstrong Races To Be Fit After Surgery

Lance Armstrong faces a nervous wait to see if he can ride in his next big event after having surgery on a broken collarbone.

The top cyclist had surgery following a crash on stage one of the Vuelta a Castilla y Leon on Monday.

The 37-year-old had a five-inch stainless steel plate and 12 screws inserted in his collarbone after it emerged it was broken in four places.

The seven-time Tour De France winner could be out of action for between eight and 12 weeks.

His next event, the Giro D'italia, is less than seven weeks away.

Still, surgeons suggested Armstrong could be back in the saddle sooner than predicted.

Armstrong himself said he is aiming to ride in the Giro but is unlikely to be competitive.

Yea, he'll ride the Giro and the Tour. I read that he is working on his sprint capabilities while he is rehabbing his scapula.

Did you read all the way down here? That's awesome. Thanks!
