The owner of the pedicab company that I worked for was in breach of contract for three weeks, the period for which the insurance had lapsed and they purchased new insurance.
I asked to purchase a used pedicab from the owner having heard from multiple sources he wanted to sell the company. I asked to be sold the cab I had ridden for three years. Their asking price was 5k. A new cab from Mainstreet costs less.
Well, I am no longer with the company and I am looking to become an owner/operator. I guess I should have taken my friend and neighbor up on his offer last December to buy a pedicab. Loyalty is overrated.
I am looking for a Broadway. Know anyone interested in selling?

Sign of the Times?
The pedicab company that I have ridden for over the past four years has been closed for business for the the 10 days. The owners have said that this is temporary. I am pretty worried that the ride is coming to an end.
I asked the owners if they would sell me the cab I have ridden exclusively for the better part of three years. I am currently waiting for their response. In the meantime I have my regular fares wondering when I am going to return. I feel pretty helpless when I am unable to answer them.
I am worried that I have turned my last pedicab pedal. I can't remember what it is like to have a 9-5 job. Or remember what it is like working indoors. I am getting depressed thinking about it.
