If pedicabs are operating for a profit they need to be regulated and licensed. Rules are useless unless there is enforcement. My carriage of choice is Velocab. It looks great. I have been doing since mid october 2007. I am having such a great time. It is the best thing that has ever happen to me. I have not encounter any challenge yet. Just Fun Fun Fun. I am the only one in my town so maybe if someone else showed up one day. Then that would be interesting.
