They tend to want to work the events where the fares come easy, like football games, major events like the local fair.

It has been my experience as a manager (which might not last much longer) that "Happy" drivers are the guys that already ride bicycles. Granted, this isn't a steadfast rule. If they ride a bicycle and they are "Bashful" you can coax them into being "Happy" drivers.

The only drivers I don't like and that defy the Snow White Effect are friends of the boss or those he recommends. The tend to resemble "Dopey," more often than not, they talk the talk but can't pedal the pedal.

You guys need any experienced drivers for the summer?M A Fhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10244099437271478216noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34343427.post-44105933159821396182008-04-15T11:21:00.000-06:002008-04-15T11:21:00.000-06:00I guess that makes me "Snow White". And Greg must ...I guess that makes me "Snow White". And Greg must be "Doc".

Great article! And very good analogy. As I was reading it, I was thinking about all of our drivers and which dwarf I think each one is.

As a manager of a fleet, how do you find more of the Happy dwarfs and less of the Grumpy ones?Tezhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01056847331172145338noreply@blogger.com
